Carwari Japanese Mirin has a rich scent and a beautiful “Umami” flavour. It is slowly brewed using the traditional fermentation methods which focus on enhancing the goodness of each ingredient as well as natural sweetness of Japanese organic rice.
You can easily make a variety of Japanese dishes with authentic taste by itself or together with Carwari Organic Cooking Sake and/or White Dashi.
