Its ultra-high smoke point makes it perfect for frying and sautéing, and its rich flavour adds so much to baked goods and roasted meats. Meanwhile, it’s also adding essential fatty acids, vitamins A, D, E and K, and the antioxidant conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), which help maintain healthy hair and skin.
