Brewing guide
Kiddie Calmer is best brewed between 2-5 mins. A longer infusion will make the tea more bitter. Make sure the water is just below boiling point (about 95°C) to maintain the maximum benefit of the herbs.
Try pouring a dash of cold water over the herbs before adding boiling water. This will ‘wake’ the herbs and they won’t be burnt by the hot water. We recommend 1-2 teaspoons of herbs per serve (250ml). Remember to add cool water to your kiddie’s cup!
