To order from us, simply select add your items to our cart and proceed to the on line shop before 12pm on Tuesday for THURSDAY Pick up or Delivery. There is no need to login to order, your first order will create a login account associated to your email address. This only helps keep a record of your delivery address so you don't have to enter it each time you order.

Alternatively if you are ordering one of our boxes, you can be placed on a regular weekly or fortnightly order and we will order for you each week. We are happy to put your regular order on hold at any time if you request, please let us know by 12pm Tuesday for Thursday standing orders if you require us to do so.

Based on the amount of orders we receive for each day, we order exactly the amount required to fill your small, medium or large box with a good variety of produce from local farms and the Sydney markets.

On Thursdays the bulk produce arrives at our shed and we pack your order the same day.

Local delivery - your order will be delivered to your door on Thursday between 12pm - 8:30pm cost $10 for local deliveries.

Fastway delivery - Your order will be delivered with the courier on Friday although we cannot guarantee this due to Fastway protocols but mostly they are on time. Cost $10 for local Fastway deliveries or $15 if your delivery is out of the local area.

Pick up option - your order will be available for pick up on Thursday between 2.30pm and 5.30pm from The Healthful Pantry at Cardiff. BONUS FREE pick up for January and Feb 2021.

The Healthful Pantry is within ATUNE Health Centre, 52 Ada Street, CARDIFF NSW 2285. Many of you will know it as the former Squash Court Centre.
